Bringing purpose and direction to Milligan’s website.
Even though Milligan is highly established within the retail industry, their website had two areas of concern which were having a negative effect on converting web traffic into sales.
The first area of concern was user navigation. As a first-time user landing on the Milligan homepage, you couldn’t help but ask yourself… what now? The online user journey was crowded and lacked structure.
The second area of concern was the lack of design consistency and brand identity across the key landing and service pages.

We started with a thorough in-depth UX audit to understand the website's restrictions and user engagement in detail. Allowing us to create a new data-led UX design to support an effortless user journey.
The website had an emphasis on case studies, with intrinsic call-to-actions to make the path to conversion as quick and easy as possible for the user. The result being we helped position Milligan as a business that promotes development, innovation and partnership credibility.
